South Queensferry

This is where we live. It’s a pleasing little town sufficiently far enough away from Edinburgh for comfort. The Forth Bridge, built in 1879, is its most notable feature and forms the header to this blog. Here’s a few pictures from around the town.

hello there,pretty nifty site you have here.enjoyed browsing through it.anyway, why i’m getting in touch is to find out if you or someone you know might be interested to know that i found an early 19th century sword in the sea over in south queensferry. i’m hoping to find out more about the sword as the museum couldnt tell me much…..theres a story here http://edinburghnews.scotsman.com/index.cfm?id=1283782007&bad=873697#comment873697
